After visiting Beaches Turks & Caicos All-inclusive Resort multiple times in the past few years with friends, family and as a couple, I wanted to share an honest, detailed review to help you determine if this premium all-inclusive Caribbean family resort is the right fit for your family vacation, multigenerational trip or group getaway.

Since this Caribbean resort comes with a premium price tag, it’s important to understand which room category to book, what dining experiences to expect, and whether the resort’s beach and amenities justify the cost. Let’s break it down!

The Good: What Makes Beaches Turks & Caicos Stand Out?

1. The Beach & Water Quality – The Ultimate Draw

It’s no surprise that the biggest reason travelers choose Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort is Grace Bay Beach—consistently ranked one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resort sits along a prime stretch of 12 miles of powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water, offering guests a breathtaking setting.

Not only is the beach stunning, but the resort includes a variety of complimentary water sports, such as:

✅ Snorkeling excursions to explore vibrant marine life
✅ Glass-bottom boat tours for a unique underwater view
✅ Hobie Cats, paddleboarding, and kayaking for on-the-water fun

If beach quality and water clarity are top priorities, you won’t be disappointed here!

2. Accommodations: Five Distinct Villages (with Treasure Beach on the way), Over 60 Room Categories

One of the most frequently asked questions about this resort is which room category is best. Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort is divided into five villages, each with a different vibe and vacation experience for families, couples or multigenerational travelers. Here is a very quick overview, but if you want a more in depth review, see my blog on the Villages of Beaches Turks and Caicos:

Italian Village – Central location, great for families, largest pool
French Village – More budget-friendly, quieter setting
Caribbean Village – More classic Caribbean island charm, lush landscaping
Key West Village – More secluded, luxury villas, oceanfront suites
Seaside Village – Newly rebranded, beachfront location
Treasure Beach - A brand-new village at Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort, available now for bookings for arrivals starting March 2026. This new addition is already generating buzz among travelers searching for fresh resort experiences and will offer additional room categories, luxury accommodations, and beachfront access.

At the moment, there are more than 60 room categories with more to come, so choosing the right accommodation can be overwhelming with so many options, but that’s where I can help! Click here for guidance in selecting the best village and room category for your needs.

3. Family-Friendly Amenities & Kids’ Clubs

If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll love the family-friendly atmosphere and extensive amenities Beaches offers. Some top activities that families rave about include:

🎢 Pirate’s Island Water Park – A 45,000-square-foot water park featuring water slides, a lazy river, and splash zones.
👶 Kids' Clubs & Sesame Street Experiences – Supervised programs for infants through teens, that are included in your price, ensuring kids stay engaged beyond just watching movies.
🎉 Entertainment & Activities – Beach parties, trivia nights, karaoke, and outdoor movie nights keep both kids and adults entertained.

The best part? These activities are all included, making it easy to keep everyone happy without extra costs.

The Neutral: Dining & Ambiance (depending on the purposes of the trip)

1. Dining at Beaches Turks & Caicos: 23 Restaurants and food trucks, but Is It Memorable?

With 23 restaurants and food trucks, spanning a range of cuisine-from casual bites to upscale experiences. No reservations are required at most spots, which is a plus. However, while the food is good, and can be great in some places, it’s not always outstanding. Let me make it clear though, it is not bad.

On a previous visit, we had one of the best steaks we’ve ever had at Sky, but on our most recent trip, the meals weren’t quite as memorable. If you’re expecting Michelin-star dining, this may not be the place, but there’s a great variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

2. Is This Resort Right for Couples?

While Beaches Turks & Caicos is a top-rated family resort, couples often wonder if it’s suitable for romantic getaways. While my husband and I have had a great time here, if you’re looking for an adults-only luxury experience and complete tranquility, I’d recommend:

❤️ Sandals Dunn’s River – A luxury Sandals resort in Jamaica. Click here for a Sandals Dunn's River review.
💎 Sandals Royal Barbados – A more romantic beachfront setting. Click here for a Sandals Barbados review.
🌿 Sandals St. Vincent & the Grenadines – A secluded paradise. Click here for a review of Sandals St. Vincent.
Beaches Turks is fun for couples who enjoy an active, social atmosphere, but for privacy and romance, Sandals resorts would be my suggestion.

The Bad: What You Should Consider Before Booking

1. The Cost: Is It Worth It?

One of the most frequently researched topics about Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort is its high price point. Since Turks & Caicos imports most goods, everything from food to accommodations costs more, and those expenses get passed on to visitors.

If you’re looking for a premium Caribbean all-inclusive resort, Beaches Turks & Caicos is one of the most luxurious options. The question most travelers ask is: is Beaches Turks and Caicos worth the cost? This depends on what you value in a vacation.

2. Accommodations: Some Rooms Need a Refresh

With 62 different room categories available to book, not all are created equal. While newer accommodations—like those being built in Treasure Beach or the Key West Village—offer a modern, upscale feel, some Caribbean and French Village rooms could use a refresh.

If you’re booking here, choosing the right room is key to ensuring a great experience. If you’re overwhelmed by the options, click here and I can help you find the best fit!

3. Better Budget-Friendly Beaches Alternatives

While Beaches Turks & Caicos is my favorite resort, if this one comes in over budget, you can consider these more affordable Beaches Resorts:

✔️ Beaches Negril (Jamaica) – My favorite in Jamaica for its laid-back atmosphere and beautiful beach.
✔️ Beaches Ocho Rios (Jamaica) – A more budget-conscious option with family-friendly amenities.

Also, a brand-new Beaches resort is coming to Exuma, Bahamas, providing another luxury all-inclusive option in the Caribbean!

The Ugly… Just Kidding! Look at That Water!

At the end of the day, you can’t beat the location—Beaches Turks & Caicos sits on one of the most stunning beaches in the world.

If you’re looking for a luxury, all-inclusive family resort with tons of activities, a gorgeous beach, and a fun, social atmosphere, this is a fantastic option. However, the cost and room selection are factors to consider before booking.
