I'm Jen Morrison Arvin, and for the past nine years I've had the privilege of helping clients plan unforgettable vacations around the world. As a Gold Certified Sandals & Beaches Specialist and experienced Sandals travel agent, I specialize in planning Sandals vacations, Beaches vacations, and luxury European travel, including river cruises, ocean cruises, and customized itineraries.

Travel has always been a huge part of my life. From family vacations growing up to exploring 30 countries across the world as an adult, those experiences have shaped the way I help my clients plan their own unforgettable vacations.

I believe the best travel advice comes from firsthand experience, not brochures. That's why I make it a priority to personally experience the destinations and resorts I recommend to my clients.

I'm proud to be a Gold Certified Sandals & Beaches Specialist and have completed on-location training throughout the Caribbean with Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, and several Caribbean tourism boards. I also hold destination specialist certifications for Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, and other Caribbean destinations. These experiences, along with the relationships I've built with resort teams and tourism partners over the years, allow me to provide knowledgeable guidance and personalized service throughout the planning process.

From choosing the right resort or cruise to arranging transfers, excursions, dining reservations, and helping navigate unexpected travel hiccups should they arise, I handle every detail so you can focus on what matters most—making memories.

As someone who loves researching destinations almost as much as visiting them, I'm always dreaming about the next adventure—whether it's discovering a charming European village, exploring another Caribbean island, or finding the perfect resort for my clients.

When I'm not planning vacations or traveling, you'll usually find me spending time with the love of my life, Jason, and our three rescue cats (who definitely run the house), exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, or dreaming up our next adventure together. I truly believe travel has a way of bringing people closer together and creating memories that last a lifetime, and I consider it a privilege to help my clients create those moments for themselves.
