Giddy up, partner! There’s a new restaurant in town! Roundup Rodeo BBQ just opened a few months ago in Toy Story Land at the back of Hollywood Studios Park. There has been such a need for a table service restaurant in this area of the park since Toy Story land opened and we are happy to stay we really enjoyed it! Situated just past the entrance of Toy Story Land, guests walk up to a larger than life “playset” restaurant designed my Andy himself. We were greeted by a “welcome Brodnicki playset of two” and promptly seated next to a huge Bo-Peep and sheep. The design and theme of this restaurant, similar to the Toy Story Mania queue, truly submerses guests into the Toy Story movies. Like the name would suggest, Round Up Rodeo serves a variety of smoked barbecue meats all family style. It is A LOT of food! […]

After five long years of anticipation, Magic Kingdom’s newest attraction is finally open! Tron Lightcycle Run is a fast-paced coaster that launches you right into the grid on a motorcycle-type ride vehicle. How to Ride There are currently only two ways to ride this attraction: Virtual queue or Individual Lightning Lane. Tips for Joining the Virtual Queue: · Log in to the My Disney Experience app and select Join Virtual Queue from the home screen. · Disable the wi-fi and use your phone’s data. · Select your party BEFORE 7 am. · Start hitting refresh at 6:59 am until you are accepted in the virtual queue and assigned a boarding group. It’s not unusual for the virtual queue to fill up within […]

Let’s face it, sometimes it can be difficult for tweens and teens to get excited about rides at Magic Kingdom. It can seem that Magic Kingdom has more rides and attractions for smaller kids. Here’s my top 10 rides for tweens & teens by location: Tomorrowland: 1. Astro Orbiter This high-flying ride sometimes gets overlooked. Maybe because in order to board this 2-person spacecraft, you take a quick elevator ride up to the launch pad. You’re able to control how high you fly by pulling or pushing the lever inside your retro spacecraft. The best time to fly is at night to get a great view of the park light up at night or during the fireworks for an extra special view! 2. Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin Get ready to help fight Zurg from stealing batteries from helpless toys by aiming your infrared laser cannon at the glowing Z […]

Did you know there is a professional photography studio at Disney Springs where you can have family and individual portraits taken? It's true! Located in the Marketplace of Disney Springs is where you'll find this not-so-hidden gem with unique backdrops and fun props. The best part is that it's free of charge if you have already purchased the Memory Maker photo package! No reservations are needed. Just stop by and get in line! My family popped in for a quick 15–20-minute session during our Disney Spring/break day and got some great shots. We arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and were second in line. By the time the studio opened, however; there were about 20 people behind us, so plan accordingly because it can get busy. Hours change daily, so be sure to check your My Disney Experience app before arriving. Even though the sessions are quick, the photographers […]
