Once you climb aboard the Scarlet Lady, the last stop you make is to Bimini, Bahamas. Sailors are invited to spend the day at an exclusive 4.5 acre-beach club. The Beach Club is a private, resort-like experience for when you’re not out visiting the island!
Before you head to the beach, be sure to bring your wristband with you. Your bar tab will be as if you are on the ship. Need to get in touch with family or check emails? The Scarlet Lady’s wi-fi reaches the beach!
The tram will be waiting to take you to your excursions or to Virgin Voyages Beach Club. This tram runs all day so if you would like to head back to the ship, your wait is no longer than 5-10 minutes.
Upon entering the club, you will see a map of how the club is laid out. To the left, is an exclusive terrace section called Richards Retreat. This section is reserved for all sailors who booked a Rockstar Suite. This area is filled with loungers, bar, food delivery, and has a private beach area with cabanas.
The Beach Club has a plethora of lounging options. There is a spot for everyone on the beach or near the pools. Cushioned booths, shaded hammocks, umbrellas, and lots of chic lounge areas. They have you covered!
The Beach Club has 2 food stations. They both serve lunch and a BBQ dinner that has a Caribbean flair to it. The club has a total of 6 bars. You will dine under palm trees with your toes in the white sand with an ocean view.
The Beach Club has 2 large lagoon-style pools overlooking the ocean. You will find a bar at one end of the pool and a DJ at the other end. Fun hanging wicker chairs and water immersed loungers are found in and near the pools.
The vibe at the club changes throughout the day. Morning is calm, for those beachside yoga classes. At lunchtime, the energy starts to pick up with the DJ. In the evening, the energy starts to wind down so that atmosphere is perfect for the farewell bonfire.
At 7:00 pm, sailors head over to 3 large metal fire orbs that host a bonfire. Sailors get to enjoy the music being played and experience the bonfire ritual before heading back to the Scarlet Lady.
