The Oceaneer’s Club onboard the Disney Cruise Line fleet is a special themed area for children (ages 3 -10). It’s a wonderful place to explore, play, and have fun in a secured area while cruising onboard your Disney Cruise. We recommend you register your child for Disney’s Oceaneer Club online after booking your cruise, but you can register at the terminal or once onboard your ship as well. On Embarkation Day, parents are invited to tour the facility, meet the counselors, and learn more about the exciting activities hosted at Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Disney’s Oceaneer Lab throughout the cruise. I am not a runner…at all…but that didn’t stop me from joining friends in my first runDisney marathon weekend! Whether you are up every morning for that morning run, or if you simply want to experience a runDisney event, here are several reasons to love runDisney races! The Challenge! Hopefully, all races are a challenge no matter your level of experience. For this girl, I’ll admit I didn’t train nearly enough knowing what I do now. Disney recommends a pace time of 15 minutes or under per mile whether you run or walk {or a combination of both}. “Balloon Ladies” {and sometimes Balloon Men!} keep the pace from the back and encourage you to keep going. Disney Club Level rooms are available “exclusively” at Deluxe Disney Resorts. The following resorts offer the opportunity to stay in a Club Level room, those include Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’sWilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. When staying in a room on Club Level, you will be pampered with additional amenities that you would not have access to when staying in a regular room. I’ve got a few tips and tricks this month that will help your dollar stretch a little farther so you can splurge on the Rose Gold Minnie Mouse Ears you’ve been eyeing. 1. Get a kid’s meal instead of an adult one at the quick service restaurants. Not only are the kid’s meals inexpensive, but they also provide just enough food so that you won’t have leftovers that you either have to throw away or figure out where to store them on your next ride. Plus, it never hurts leaving a little room for a Dole Whip. 2. Bring your own snacks and even lunch into the park. This charming confectionary is a "must-do" on every trip to EPCOT. The rich smell of Carmel entices you in as you walk by the front door.
