Beaches Turks & Caicos has long been one of the most popular all-inclusive family resorts in the Caribbean. With multiple villages, dozens of restaurants, and endless activities for kids and adults alike, it’s easy to see why so many families return year after year.

In 2026, Beaches introduced something brand new- Treasure Beach Village, the newest and most exclusive village at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the resort and tour Treasure Beach the week it opened. After exploring the new rooms, restaurants, and pool areas, one thing became very clear:

Treasure Beach Village was designed with larger families and multigenerational groups in mind.

What Is Treasure Beach Village?

Treasure Beach is the sixth village at Beaches Turks & Caicos and the newest expansion of the resort.

The village added 101 new suites and villas, many designed to accommodate six or more guests comfortably.

Unlike traditional hotel-style rooms, many accommodations here include:

  • multi-bedroom layouts
  • spacious living areas
  • concierge and butler service
  • luxury villas with private pools

The design feels modern and elevated while still maintaining the relaxed family-friendly atmosphere Beaches is known for.

First Impressions of Treasure Beach Village

One of the first things I noticed while touring Treasure Beach was how open and spacious the village feels. Even during opening week, it didn’t feel crowded at all. The layout makes it easy to move between the lagoon-style pool, restaurants, and the beach. The architecture and décor also feel slightly more upscale compared to some of the older villages at the resort.

For families traveling with grandparents, multiple kids, or friends, the larger suite options here are a huge advantage.

The Lagoon Pool and Beach Access

At the center of Treasure Beach Village is a large zero-entry lagoon-style pool.

Treasure Beach Lagoon Pool

This area includes:

  • shallow entry areas for kids
  • a waterslide
  • plenty of loungers
  • relaxing seating areas
  • easy access to the beach
  • a swim-up bar

Grace Bay Beach is consistently ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, and Treasure Beach offers convenient access between the pool and the sand. Families can easily move between swimming in the pool and walking along the beach in just a few steps.

Treasure Beach Rooms and Suites

One of the biggest advantages of Treasure Beach Village is the number of accommodations designed for larger families. During my visit, I toured several of the suites including the Treasure Beach Oceanview Concierge Suite and the impressive CrystalSky 4-bedroom Reserve Villas.

CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villa

One of the most impressive accommodations in the entire resort is the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villa. These three-story beachfront villas offer over 2,600 square feet of space and are ideal for large families or groups traveling together.

Villa features include:

  • four bedrooms
  • three bathrooms
  • two king beds, one queen bed, and a queen bunk
  • private pool
  • rooftop terrace
  • direct beach access
  • butler service

The rooftop deck alone makes this villa incredibly unique and is perfect for sunbathing during the day or stargazing at night.

For larger families, this offers the privacy of a vacation home combined with the convenience of an all-inclusive resort.

Treasure Beach Oceanview Concierge Suite

This suite is a great option for families who want more space than a standard hotel room.

Highlights include:

  • sleeps up to six guests
  • modern coastal décor
  • spacious layout
  • concierge service
  • beautiful ocean views

The room felt bright, open, and comfortable for families who need space to spread out.

Dining at Treasure Beach Village

Treasure Beach Village also introduces new dining experiences to the resort. Two of the standout additions include:

The Pinta Food Hall

This is Beaches’ first-ever food hall concept, offering multiple food stations so everyone in the family can choose something different.

Options include:

  • Italian favorites
  • Asian dishes
  • Caribbean dishes
  • Mexican flavors
  • grilled specialties
  • salads and lighter fare

This is especially convenient for families where everyone wants something different.

Butch’s Island Steakhouse

Treasure Beach also introduces the first Butch’s Island Steakhouse at a Beaches resort. If you’ve stayed at Sandals resorts before, you may recognize Butch’s as one of the most popular dining experiences.

The restaurant features:

  • premium steaks
  • seafood dishes
  • upscale atmosphere

It’s a great option for parents looking for a special dinner during their vacation.

Who Should Stay in Treasure Beach Village?

Treasure Beach is an excellent fit for:

  • larger families traveling together
  • multigenerational trips
  • families who want newer accommodations
  • guests who want larger suites
  • travelers who prefer a more upscale village feel
  • Because many suites sleep six or more guests, this village is one of the best choices for families who want everyone to stay together.

    Who Might Prefer Other Villages

Treasure Beach may not be the best choice for every family.

    For example:

Families who want quick access to the water park may prefer French Village.

Families who want to be in the center of the resort may enjoy Italian Village.

Families looking for a quiet beachfront experience may love Key West Village.
