Beaches Turks & Caicos is a dream destination for families, offering six unique villages, each with its own charm, location perks, and accommodations. Choosing the right village can make all the difference in your vacation experience. I recently had the opportunity to visit Beaches Turks & Caicos again, and tour the brand new Treasure Beach Village, which opened in March 2026. Here’s a breakdown of each village at Beaches Turks & Caicos to help you decide which one best suits your family’s needs.

• Proximity: Steps from the beach and close to Schooners, Neptune’s, and Bayside restaurants.
• Room Updates: Modern with a beach-house feel.
• Best For: Families who want a quieter, more private experience with easy beach access.
• Room Layouts: Offers multi-bedroom villas with separate living spaces, perfect for families who want privacy and flexibility.

• Cost: $$$ to $$$$ – The most expensive village due to the larger accommodations and private villa-style rooms.
• Bonus: Entire beach homes that have four bedrooms with their own private pool right on the beach. Each comes with a butler as well.
Italian Village

At the heart of Beaches Turks and Caicos lies the Italian Village. It’s stylish, vibrant, and perfect for families looking for convenience and fun.
• Proximity: Steps from the beach and close to many dining options, including Barefoot by the Sea and Mario’s.
• Room Updates: Spacious with a Classic Caribbean look and extra large bathrooms.
• Best For: Families with younger children or those wanting to be in the center of the action.
• Room Layouts: Family suites with separate kids’ sleeping areas, including bunk beds.
• Convenience: Close to the water park, Sesame Street activities, and the main pool.
• Cost: $$$ to $$$$ – One of the pricier villages, but offers great value with larger family suites.
• Bonus: Some suites offer sweeping ocean views.
French Village

Set back from the beach but offering fantastic value for Beaches Turks and Caicos, the French Village has a more relaxed European charm with lush gardens.
• Proximity: Farthest from the beach but closest to the water park.
• Room Updates: Classic Caribbean elegance, with some recent refreshes to the rooms.
• Best For: Budget-conscious families and those who prioritize pool and water park access over beachfront views.
• Room Layouts: Some larger suites, but most rooms are traditional hotel-style with no separate sleeping areas.
• Convenience: Close to the water park and nighttime entertainment venues.
• Cost: $$ – One of the more affordable villages, offering great value for families.
Caribbean Village

The original village of Beaches Turks and Caicos, the Caribbean Village offers a tropical, laid-back feel with lush gardens and easy access to key areas of the resort.
• Proximity: Close to the beach and many restaurants, including Arizona’s and Bayside.
• Room Updates: Most of the rooms are original, and the décor is more traditional and could be described
as a little dated. Refurbishments are starting to some of the Caribbean rooms in April 2026.
• Best For: Couples and smaller families looking for a quieter, classic Caribbean ambiance.
• Room Layouts: Standard hotel rooms.
• Convenience: Centrally located between the beach and pools, with easy access and quick walk to most resort amenities.
• Cost: $$ – A more affordable option with good beach access and classic charm.
Seaside Village

A lesser-known but highly desirable area at Beaches Turks and Caicos, the Seaside Village is an extension of the Caribbean Village with excellent proximity to the beach.
• Proximity: Direct beach access, close to Schooners and Bayside restaurants.
• Room Updates: Most recently updated rooms with some to include large free-standing tranquility soaking tubs.
• Best For: Smaller families and couples who want easy access to the beach and a peaceful environment.
• Room Layouts: Mostly one-bedroom accommodations with separate sleeping options. Some even have two-bedrooms and living room areas.
• Convenience: Close to pools and restaurants, but further from the water park.
• Cost: $$ to $$$$– Slightly more than Caribbean Village but still considered an affordable option.
• Bonus: Some of the rooms offer ocean views (ask me which ones).

Treasure Beach Village
The newest addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos, Treasure Beach Village, officially opened in March 2026, and I had the opportunity to visit and tour it opening week! It brings a noticeably more upscale feel to the resort. What stood out immediately was how spacious and thoughtfully designed it felt. Even during opening week, it didn’t feel crowded at all.
Treasure Beach is especially appealing for larger families or multi-generational groups traveling together, as many of the suites here are designed to sleep six or more guests comfortably.
• Proximity: Located along Grace Bay Beach with easy access to both the beach and the new lagoon-style pool.
• Rooms: Brand-new accommodations with modern coastal décor and spacious multi-bedroom layouts.
• Best For: Larger families, multigenerational trips, or groups wanting newer, more upscale accommodations.
• Room Layouts: Includes spacious suites and villas that sleep six or more guests. Some accommodations, like the CrystalSky Reserve Villas, offer up to four bedrooms with private pools and rooftop terraces. (Stay tuned for an in-depth blog on the accommodations in this village, but check out my room tours on Instagram in the meantime
• Convenience: Close to new dining venues like The Pinta Food Hall and the first-ever Butch’s Island Steakhouse at a Beaches resort.
• Cost: $$$$ – One of the most premium villages due to the larger suites and luxury villa accommodations.
• Bonus: Some of the villas offer private pools, rooftop decks, and direct beach access. Booking for this village is available now!
