With the sacrifices that military families make daily, a small token of appreciation that corporations and retailers can offer is a military discount. If you are headed to Disney World as a military family- your dollar will go farther with a number of discounts available to you!
Disney World Room Discounts
In addition to the convenience and location, there is just something about the Disney resorts that adds that extra bit of magic and pixie dust to your stay. And for eligible servicemembers and their spouses, Disney offers a great discounted room offer! Traveling with a large family in multiple rooms? No problem! Up to three rooms may be reserved using the discount. Some resorts are excluded from the military discount— including Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and the Little Mermaid Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (suites are eligible for the discount). Just remember, a military ID is required to be shown at check-in.
While the room discounts are a broad offer, only a certain number of rooms are allocated for the discount at a time. Be aware that this is not a veteran discount, and certain eligibility requirements must be met. Disney World Ticket Discounts
Disney offers deeply discounted park tickets for your trip! These may be purchased at your local military base’s ITT/MWR office or through Shades of Green. Currently, Disney offers 4-day and 5-day park hopper tickets. The maximum number of tickets one servicemember may purchase is six, and either the spouse or servicemember must use one of the tickets. This is an active duty and fully retired discount. Memory Maker Photo Package
What’s the best way to remember your vacation? The photos, of course! The Disney Memory Maker photo package includes digital downloads of all your photos taken by Disney photographers. Military members can receive a Memory Maker at a deep discount! The total for the military Memory Maker is $99 – a $70 discount! This can only be purchased on Disney property and cannot be purchased in advance. To purchase, visit any park ticket window or any Guest Relations location. If you need assistance, Guest Relations will link this to your app for you so you can download all your pictures! This benefit may be used twice per year.

With over 150 retail stores and 50 eateries, Disney Springs is the place to be for entertainment, shopping, and dining while on Disney property! There are several stores and restaurants at Disney Springs that offer military discounts!* Since these can change at any time, make sure you confirm the discount before ordering.
