Whether this is your first Virgin Voyage, or you’re an experienced sailor, these helpful tips will make your voyage that much smoother!

Forgot to add a Bar Tab?

Want to add more Bar Tab to your account? Great news! You will still be able to add Bar Tab while at the port! Before you board the ship, visit any desk with a Bar Tab sign (like below), to add Bar Tab to your voyage. Bar Tabs are great ways to pre-pay your drinks (alcoholic drinks, specialty coffees, juices, and non-alcoholic specialty drinks). Sometimes, bonus Bar Tab is offered with that purchase. Remember - Bar Tabs cannot be purchased onboard!

Want to reserve a pool lounge chair?

You can! But if your belongings are abandoned for more than 40 min, personal items (not belonging to VV) will be taken to Lost and Found. Any pool attendant can direct you!

Forget to book your Shore Thing?

Once in the terminal and checked in, you CAN book Shore Things again through your Sailor App, based on availability. Just know the price may be slightly higher ($10-$20 more) than what was offered prior to your voyage.

Some events are ONLY available to book once checked in/on board!

You may find some NEW and DIFFERENT events and experiences from what was offered prior in your Sailor App. Depending on itinerary, foodie event, holiday, or happenings cast offerings - you may find fun bar crawls, speakeasy events, or exclusive boozy bevvy and foodie events! Here are a few from our most recent voyage!

Want to book a private onboard cabana?

There are a few options to choose from - and only available once on board. Book for your at-sea day for best use of your time! If you prefer secluded, quiet, and relaxing cabanas - you can book 4 person, or 8 person cabanas, located just above the pool deck, 16aft - and comes with a small bar tab! You’ll have a dedicated server, ability to order food and drink, and quick access to a hot tub, cooling shower, and access to the Athletic Club bar. Well worth the price!

Wondering how disembarkation day works?

Your Virgin Voyages app gives you ALL the details you need for customs, times and where to disembark, and when and where to have breakfast. My suggestion: Pack your room, leave your ‘Do Not Disturb’ on, and go have breakfast - either in the Gally, or brunch at The Wave or Razzle Dazzle. You’ll then head back to your room and leave when you need to, even disembarking right at 10:30am (last call).Have a leisurely last morning if your schedule allows!

I hope these tips help you have a fantastic Voyage!
