My family LOVES a good Disney breakfast, but we don't always want to give up valuable park time for a sit-down meal!
Sometimes we want to knock out a few rides and then grab something quick before continuing our day. From savory breakfast tots to giant cinnamon rolls and French pastries, there are some delicious options inside the parks.
Here are a few of our favorite quick breakfasts at Walt Disney World!
Magic Kingdom
Breakfast Tots
Where to find them: The Friar's Nook in Fantasyland
If you're looking for a savory breakfast, the Breakfast Tots at The Friar's Nook are a great choice! Crispy potato tots are topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a creamy cheese sauce for a warm and filling breakfast.

Gaston's Famous Cinnamon Roll
Where to find it: Gaston's Tavern in Fantasyland
This one is a Disney classic! Gaston's cinnamon roll is warm, covered in icing and HUGE. It's perfect for sharing with the family- or keep all to yourself. Be sure to ask for extra icing!

EPCOT
French Pastries
Where to find them: Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France Pavilion
If you're looking for a quick breakfast at EPCOT, it's hard to beat a trip to France!
Les Halles has a huge selection of French pastries along with both sweet and savory options. Grab a croissant, pain au chocolat or whatever catches your eye and get right back to exploring the park.
On our most recent trip, we actually chose to slow down and enjoy breakfast with the princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall instead- but France would be at the top of our list for a quick breakfast!
Disney's Hollywood Studios
Breakfast Totchos
Where to find them: Woody's Lunch Box in Toy Story Land
These are one of our favorite breakfasts EVER!
The Breakfast Totchos start with crispy potato barrels topped with scrambled eggs, smoked brisket gravy, and cheese, with green onions sprinkled on top. They're warm, savory, and filling! Perfect when you want a substantial breakfast without taking time for a sit-down meal.
And since Woody's Lunch Box is right in Toy Story Land, it's an easy stop if you're already spending your morning in this area rope dropping Slinky and Toy Story Mania!

Lunch Box Tarts
Where to find them: Woody's Lunch Box in Toy Story Land
If you're looking for something sweet, don't skip the Lunch Box Tarts! We like to call them bougie Poptarts. They're flaky pastries filled with sweet filling and topped with icing. The flavors change throughout the year, so there's often something new to try!

Disney's Animal Kingdom
Stuffed Pancake Sandwich
Where to find it: Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Africa
Sweet and savory fans can both agree on this one! The Stuffed Pancake Sandwich combines sausage, egg and cheese with guava paste for a breakfast that's a little different from your typical theme park food. My family gave this a 10/10!

Mickey Cinnamon Roll
Where to find it: Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Africa
You can't go wrong with a Mickey-shaped breakfast!
This cinnamon roll is a fun option to share, especially if you're looking for something sweet before heading off to explore Animal Kingdom. Perfect for picky eaters!

Pistachio-Honey Croissant
Where to find it: Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Africa
The Pistachio-Honey Croissant was another favorite from our trip. It's flaky, sweet and a great choice when you want a lighter breakfast or something to enjoy with your morning coffee.

Don't Skip Breakfast- Just Keep It Quick!
A sit-down or character breakfast can absolutely be worth adding to your Disney vacation, but you don't need one every morning.
On days when rides are the priority, we love taking advantage of the early morning hours first and then grabbing a quick breakfast inside the park.
