Tressa Krippel was wonderful to work with and so helpful as we planned our first multi-family trip (four separate families/reservations) to Disney World! She helped us with all aspects of the trip, from making the resort reservations, park selection and ticketing, dining recommendations, and transportation between the airport and the resort. She monitored new promotions after we made the reservation and was able to obtain for us a subsequent promotion resulting in significant savings. We especially appreciated her being online in the wee hours of the morning to ensure we were able to secure dining reservations when and where we wanted for our large group! This was my family's 2nd time using Me and The Mouse Travel and our agent Nancy! I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is such a gem, and I love working with her. This agency is a breeze to work with, you provide all of the details, and they make everything happen. If you are planning a trip to Disney, use Me and The Mouse, they will make all of your Disney wishes come true! Just got back from another amazing vacation planned by Amy Sowinski! I absolutely love working with her—she makes the entire process so easy and stress-free. Amy is incredibly responsive and always on top of every detail. She even sent us a thoughtful care package before our trip, which was such a nice touch! This time, she also helped my mother-in-law, who was new to cruising, and made sure she felt comfortable and well-prepared. Amy goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend her if you want a smooth, personalized, and enjoyable travel planning experience!

Tom Junker deserves a raise! We knew nothing about Disney World heading into our vacation and he made the process so fun and easy. He booked everything for us (Lightning Lanes, restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, stroller rentals, hotel, etc.), gave us great recommendations, and was available at any and all times of the day for my 100 questions! He is so nice and thoughtful, and you can tell he loves what he does for a living. Tom will go above and beyond to make sure your family experiences the true magic of Disney World!!!!!! 10/5 stars!!!!!!

Tom is the greatest travel agent alive. He booked every single thing we wanted and was available at any and all times of the day for any questions we had! Tom gave us all the best recommendations. He walked us through everything, sent an organized folder of our daily plans, along with packing lists, tips and tricks, and also sweet gifts for both of my girls. I HIGHLY recommend using Tom if you plan on going to Disney World!
