We worked with Janene for our Mediterranean Cruise! The Viking cruise staff was amazing and we loved it! We took advantage of many of the excursions offered! Janene may it so easy especially for new international travelers. We will call her again for any trips!

I had heard about this Nancy lady who puts together EPIC Disney vacations from my friends at work and knew I needed to have her help- she was SO personable and helped me the entire process through, from when the trip was just a thought to last minute setting up our Magic Bands. Tressa Krippel was wonderful to work with and so helpful as we planned our first multi-family trip (four separate families/reservations) to Disney World! She helped us with all aspects of the trip, from making the resort reservations, park selection and ticketing, dining recommendations, and transportation between the airport and the resort. She monitored new promotions after we made the reservation and was able to obtain for us a subsequent promotion resulting in significant savings. We especially appreciated her being online in the wee hours of the morning to ensure we were able to secure dining reservations when and where we wanted for our large group! This was my family's 2nd time using Me and The Mouse Travel and our agent Nancy! I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is such a gem, and I love working with her.
