My husband and I booked a 27 year anniversary trip to Sandals Jamaica with Jen Arvin. She made it a breeze! She is super easy to talk to, very personable, and incredibly responsive. This was our first Sandals trip, our first all inclusive, and our first trip to Jamaica so we really didn't even know what we were looking for. Jen helped us figure out the kind of experience we wanted (which she hit the nail on the head). Within a couple of days, she sent over several options with a variety of places, amenities, and price points. We did this several times until we landed on Sandals Southcoast. She has such incredible knowledge of everything Disney (the resorts, parks, rides, food, cruise ships, …) as well as Universal. She knows how to get you the most special experience with little tips and tricks, leveraging everything possible to get VIP on a budget, or over-the-top best of everything VIP. We planned to celebrate our daughter's 3rd birthday at Disneyland and Rebekah was so helpful in providing us resources to ensure my daughter has the memorable Disney birthday.
