Valerie Was Incredibly Helpful!

We’d like to review our experience working with Valerie Shelkey, of ‘Valerie, at Me and The Mouse Travel’.

We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside 2/5-2/11. We also visited all four theme parks, and had multiple dining reservations throughout our stay.

Valerie was incredibly helpful throughout every stage of planning and travel. It was our first time to Disneyworld, and we were booking with short notice, so I needed a significant amount of guidance. She was always accessible, incredibly friendly, and efficient at any task we asked of her!

We had some hard-to-get dining reservations she was able to book, and when we needed other reservations changed during the trip she took care of it for us.

We also had some issues with Genie Plus on the day we visited Animal Kingdom. I was texting from a resort bus on our way to the park. She was right on top of troubleshooting, and responding quickly. Responsiveness can be paramount to a good experience, and she never let us down!

I’ve already recommended Valerie to multiple friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to book a Disney trip through her again!
