Thanks to our Favorite Mouse — Nancy

Thanks to Nancy, my family and I had the best family vacation ever!!! In 2019 we used Nancy to assist us with the planning and booking our Disney World vacation. Her attention to detail was simply more than expected. No stone was left unturned.

After such an amazing experience with Nancy, we contacted her again to plan my retirement/family vacation. The trip was originally planned for October 2020, but a not so funny thing happened on the way to Disney…the COVID shutdown. We then moved our travel date back to October 2021 and encountered another glitch in the plans, which required yet another change.

We finally settled on February 2022 as our go live date. Despite all the obstacles involved with getting both of my sons — one of who was traveling from CA — and their families together for the big event, Nancy was never undaunted.

She was available to answer each and every question, even talking us off the ledge a time or two.

Along the way, we have developed a tremendous friendship with Nancy and consider her as part of the family.

Thanks to her, our trip was truly a MAGICAL DREAM come true.
