Tressa was Wonderful!

Tressa Krippel was wonderful to work with and so helpful as we planned our first multi-family trip (four separate families/reservations) to Disney World! She helped us with all aspects of the trip, from making the resort reservations, park selection and ticketing, dining recommendations, and transportation between the airport and the resort. She monitored new promotions after we made the reservation and was able to obtain for us a subsequent promotion resulting in significant savings. We especially appreciated her being online in the wee hours of the morning to ensure we were able to secure dining reservations when and where we wanted for our large group!

Tressa patiently and responsively answered our many questions about the My Disney Experience website, the Disney Dining Plan, the Memory Maker plan, trip insurance, stroller rental, delivery of groceries to the resort, and so many other topics. We also really appreciated the final trip planning package sent to each family in our party, including itineraries, final planning and packing checklists, in-park tips and tricks, and other valuable information.

We are so grateful for her assistance in creating a lifetime of memories for our entire family. We will definitely ask her to help plan our next Disney vacation and would highly recommend her services. Thanks Tressa!
