Liberty Tree Tavern’s Famous Clam Chowder Soup

1/3/2017 • Walt Disney World • Walt Disney World is an amazing place for top notch cuisine.  From five star restaurants to quick service dining, there is something that everyone will love.  I have a long list of my favorite restaurants that I go back to every time when I am at Disney.  One place in particular that I love is Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom.  The one item that I always order is their famous Clam Chowder soup.  It’s full of rich flavors and is milk based so it’s not so full of broth.  It’s a hearty soup and perfect for lunch.  It’s been a staple at Liberty Tree Traven for years and guests love it.  Here’s a quick tip- if you don’t have time to eat at Liberty Tree for a long lunch, head over to Columbia Harbour House for a very similar style soup! Nighttime Awakenings at Animal Kingdom

11/4/2016 • Walt Disney World • Experience all of the Magic of the Tree of Life One of the first things that people see when they walk into Animal Kingdom is the Tree of Life. It is one of the few artificial plants in Animal Kingdom that stands at 145 ft. tall. The tree can withstand the severe weather of Central Florida.  The branches and leaves were built to not move. However, they look as if they are real. Most people look upon the tree as the symbol of Animal Kingdom but as they draw closer, they notice the intricate details of the truck and tree branches which make this feature a piece of art.  As you begin to look in detail at the branches and leaves, you begin to notice how tree branches evolve into animals or how the shape of one animal then transforms into another.  The tree itself does not have any moving mechanical parts but […]
