It’s finally here! You’ve been waiting in line for the last 50 minutes to meet the man himself, Mickey Mouse! Your 4-year-old has been talking about this moment since the trip countdown started. You have your phone ready to video the reaction on her face and then you realize…you only have 3% left of battery life. Now what? Hopefully you at least purchased the Memory Maker package to capture the still shots of the moment, but you really were looking forward to watching her videoed reaction with her grandparents when you returned home. What went wrong? You had the phone […]

On a recent visit to the Magic Kingdom, we encountered the Main Street Philharmonic. I will be honest, we have seen countless parades that include them and have often seen them playing along Main Stweet USA, but this was the first time we stopped to enjoy their performance. In fact, we were trying to head to Tomorrowland for our expiring Fastpass. The kids were very engaged listening and watching them perform. They quickly sat down and asked to stay for their performance. We almost even missed our Fastpass, but no one seemed to mind. The Main Street Philharmonic is a […]

Walt Disney World is a very magical and the happiest place on earth. Everyone is happy and eager to help. There is a hidden gem of a restaurant that things just aren’t what they appear. The restaurant is Whispering Canyon Café located in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. Walking up to the podium, you’re surrounded by headdresses of past Native American chiefs and other relics from past times. The restaurant’s theme has the same motif. It’s an Old Western eatery that has bottomless platters and chuck wagon favorites will please the whole gang. Breakfast starts with an all you care to […]

It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow..............." If you are singing along at this point, you are familiar with my favorite classic attraction at Walt Disney World. While some may walk by this classic attraction, this is a "MUST DO" on every visit to the Magic Kingdom for my family. Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress was personally created by Walt Disney for the 1964-65 New York World's Fair. In 1975, the attraction moved to its current location in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom. This nostalgic attraction holds a special place in many people's hearts because it is one of the only attractions […]

4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and a themed retail, dining, and entertainment center called Disney Springs provides endless choices for you to spend your vacation. It is very easy to feel overwhelmed with all the options. Guests want to make certain they maximize their time and have the opportunity to enjoy everything on their wish list! I have often heard guests say they need a vacation from their vacation! When you plan a vacation, most are intending to take a break from the hustle and bustle of work and routine. However, we often forget the rest and relaxation part […]

After you enter Epcot and take your picture by Spaceship Earth, the big golf ball, everyone rushes to their favorite attractions. Test Track, Soarin’ and Frozen Ever After to name a few. What some people don’t realize is that there’s a lot of really cool hands on areas as well as having the opportunity to not only learn more about our world, but there’s also a lot to learn about some of the different countries that are part of our world. Epcot consists of the World Showcase and Future World. Future World has pavilions that are dedicated to such topics […]
