If you are looking to receive a pampering level of service on your next Disney Cruise, sailing concierge-level may be the perfect fit for you and your family. For some, the additional cost to sail concierge is worth the extra expense.

The benefits begin while you are still at home. Shore-side services will reach out to you before the 120 days prior to your sail date to secure adult dining reservations at Palo or Remy and spa reservations. This booking window is prior to Gold, Silver Castaway Cay members and first-time guests. If you desire a cabana at Castaway Cay, they will also help you reserve the very coveted cabana. They are also available to book shore excursions and offer suggestions.

On your embarkation day, you may wait to board in a separate lounge at the port, and you are given priority boarding ahead of the non-concierge guests. Once on board, you are immediately greeted by your concierge host.

All ships now have their own dedicated onboard lounge and sundeck exclusive to concierge guests (recently added to the Magic and Wonder). The lounge provides snacks and beverages throughout the day and adult beverages in the evening, which is a nice way to end a busy day and enjoy beer, wine, or a cocktail and light hors'dourves prior to heading out for dinner.

On the Dream and Fantasy, the concierge staterooms are in their own section of the ship with their lounge. The concierge staterooms on the Magic and Wonder are mixed in with the non-concierge staterooms.

The kids get into the special benefits by having access to exclusive meet and greets with a surprise character.

Note, if you have an onboard booking that you would like to use on a future sailing, this benefit is not applicable to concierge-level staterooms.

Your Me and The Mouse Travel Specialist will be happy to assist you booking your next Disney Cruise Line reservation.
