Disney Club Level rooms are available “exclusively” at Deluxe Disney Resorts. The following resorts offer the opportunity to stay in a Club Level room, those include Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’sWilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.

When staying in a room on Club Level, you will be pampered with additional amenities that you would not have access to when staying in a regular room. Many of the Club Level rooms are located to offer guests amazing views. Lounges also tend to have awesome views. My family loved the Club Level lounge at the Contemporary Resort. We were able to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks on the balcony of the Club Level lounge, while enjoying desserts and beverages. This was such a magical experience.

Each night you will receive turn-down service. Resort staff will prepare your bed for an exhilarating night’s sleep by pulling back the sheets, fluffing the pillows, and possibly leaving a small treat for you, such as chocolate or maybe even an additional small surprise. You will receive a plush robe to use while relaxing during your stay.

Complimentary newspapers are provided in the Club Lounge. Guests have access to their own separate check-in area when arriving at the resort, which means no waiting in long lines for check-in. Concierge Service is also offered to Club Level guests to help with advanced itinerary planning or to help make reservations once you arrive and during your stay. If have booked your vacation with Me and the Mouse Travel, you already have this covered, but the concierge is there for any additional assistance you may need.

In my family’s opinion, the VERY BEST amenity offered for Club Level Guests is access to the exclusive lounges where complimentary light refreshments are offered in a relaxing atmosphere. These lounges are for use ONLY by guests staying on Club Level accommodations at their respective Deluxe Resorts. Secured key access is required to be able to access the Club Level lounge at your resort. This is an amazing way to take a break from your hectic day at the parks. Club Level lounges are typically open from 7 a.m. through 10 p.m. Coffee tends to be available as early as 6:30 a.m. Times may vary by resort and are always subject to change.

Here is a sampling of what is offered throughout the day during your stay:

Morning hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

- Continental style breakfast items such as pastries, fruit, cereal and beverages
Snacks: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Chips, cookies and beverages
Afternoon Tea: 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Offered only at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa)
- Tea and Scones

Evening: 5:00 p.m. – 7 p.m.

- Hot item samples from your resort’s restaurants, cheese tray, beverages, wine & beer
Cordials & Desserts: 8:00 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Assorted desserts and cordials
All Day: 7:00 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Whole fruit and beverages

Retreating back to the resort after spending a hot summer day at the theme parks and knowing the Club Level lounge is waiting for you, makes for a very magical vacation. Booking a Club Level room may be a little more expensive, however, if you have an interest in being pampered, please be sure to contact your Me and the Mouse Travel Specialist for a quote.

While these rooms tend to have a larger price tag, it is always worth getting a quote if you feel this is something that your family will enjoy, because sometimes with the “magic” of Disney and the knowledge of your agent, this experience might just be worth it.

I have enjoyed sharing my excitement with you! If you decide to choose a club-level room, I hope you can see why doing so, might add a little extra “Pixie Dust” to your Disney World Vacation. Please contact your Me and the Mouse Travel Specialist to book this amazing experience for you.
